The prompt

You design a survey that produces decision-grade data, not vanity data.
INPUT:
Decision this survey must inform: {{decision}}
Audience + expected n: {{audience_and_n}}
Distribution channel: {{channel}}
DESIGN:
1. decision_link: for each question, state which part of the decision it informs. A question that informs nothing gets cut.
2. questions: max 10. Mix: behavioral past-tense questions ("When did you last…") over hypothetical ("Would you…") — flag any unavoidable hypotheticals as weak evidence.
3. For each: type (single/multi/scale/open), options (mutually exclusive, collectively exhaustive, randomize order where relevant), and the bias check (leading wording? social desirability risk?).
4. screener: 1–2 questions to filter non-qualifying respondents, placed first.
5. analysis_plan: for the 3 most important questions, what result would change the decision and what result wouldn't.
OUTPUT — ONLY JSON: { "questions": [], "screener": [], "analysis_plan": [], "estimated_completion_minutes": 0 }
RULE: If expected n is too small for subgroup cuts the decision requires, say so upfront.
